Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Speaks at Institute of Integrative Nutrition
On Monday, December 12, 2005, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy spoke to the "fast-track" students at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, sharing her experiences as a lifestyle and success coach. It was held in Lincoln Center's Rose Hall at the Time Warner Center.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Conducts Teleclass for Institute of Integrative Nutrition
On Tuesday, December 6, 2005, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy conducted a teleclass for the "immersion" graduates of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She spoke about ways to more effectively market their holistic health counseling services.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Speaks at The Sistah Summit
From November 3 - 6, 2005, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy participated in The Sistah Summit in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She was the Keynote Speaker for the Healthy Start Breakfast entitled, "Power Living... From the Inside Out with Teresa Kennedy." She also led a workshop entitlted "What If... Refocusing The Way You Think." The event was quite a success!

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Speaks at ESSENCE National Sales Meeting
On Monday, July 18, 2005, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy was a guest speaker for the ESSENCE National Sales Meeting in New York. She led the Time Warner Magazine's sales team in her signature "Raise Your Spirit" segment including breathing techniques, chair yoga movements, and an overview of Power Living habits of success.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Speaks at Cruise Lines International Association Event
On Friday, June 10, 2005, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy spoke for the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) PR Congress in New York. She led a discussion on "Power Living: From S.O.S. to Success" for the corporate communications executives of CLIA member companies. CLIA is the official trade organization of the criuise industry composed of 19 of the major cruise lines serving North America.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Speaks at SHADES 2005 Health and Beauty Conference
On Saturday, June 4, 2005, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy spoke at the SHADES 2005 Health and Beauty Conference held at the Radisson Hotel in Denver, Colorado. She taught an early morning yoga class and gave the lunchtime Keynote Speech on "Power Living: Creating Success from the Inside Out."

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Speaks at Hugo Newman College Preparatory School
On Thursday, May 26, 2005, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy spoke at the Hugo Newman College Preparatory School P.S. 180M in Harlem. She talked about her career path and led yoga sessions for pre-K and 5th-graders, as part of the school's Seventh Annual Career Day Event.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Leads Workshop for Figure Skating in Harlem
On Wednesday, May 11, 2005, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy led a workshop for Figure Staking in Harlem - which provides educational, cultural and athletic opportunities for girls in the Harlem community through the unique discipline and art of figure skating. She taught the girls ages 12 - 14 years old yoga postures, breathing techniques, and discussed the importance of taking care of themselves.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Leads Workshop at Harlem Hospital
On Tuesday, May 3, 2005, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy participated in Harlem Hospital's Health Fair in conjunction with World Asthma Day. She offered information on Ta Yoga and the benefits of yoga on lung capacity and stress management. The event was held at Harlem Hospital.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Speaks at Social Venture Gathering Event
On Thursday, April 21, 2005, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy spoke at the Harlem Wine and Dine: A Social Venture Gathering. She shared her thoughts on running a socially-responsible business and spoke about her work with Ta Yoga in Harlem. The event also featured a talk by Daniel Helfman, the founding principal of Social Venture Consulting, LLC, and Celeste Beatty, co-owner of Harlem Vintage. The event was held at Harlem Vintage in Harlem.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Leads Workshop at Abyssinian Baptist Church
On Saturday, April 16, 2005, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy led a three-hour Stress Management Workshop for the Abyssinian Baptist Church Health Ministry at the church in Harlem. She provided techniques for managing stress ranging from deep breathing and yoga to food strategies.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Speaks at Spa Night hosted by W Magazine and Clarins Beauty
On Tuesday, April 12, 2005, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy was a guest at Spa Night: An Evening of Inner & Outer Beauty - sponsored by W Magazine and Clarins Beauty. She offered lifestyle tips and mini-coaching sessions. She was joined by Zaihong Shen, Founder of Feng Shui New York, who offered Feng Shui Consultations. The Clarins team also was on hand to provide mini-aromatherapy treatments. The event was held at the Clarins Treatment Boutique at 1061 Madison Avenue.
