Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Leads a Series of Workshops for Eileen Fisher
From July through December 2003, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy led a series of inspirational talks, chair yoga sessions, as well as a "Power Living: Eat to Life" workshop at a variety of Eileen Fisher Executive Meetings. She spread her motivation to their showroom in New York City, corporate offices in Irvington, New York, as well as their distribution center in Secaucus, New Jersey.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Leads Yoga Sessions for Social Venture Network Conferences
From October 23 through October 26, 2003, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy led a series of yoga sessions for the Social Venture Network's Fall 2003 Conference. Taking place at Westward Look Resort in beautiful Tucson, Arizona, the conference brought together visionaries from across the country interested in supporting and running socially-conscious businesses. Terri also let sessions for the SVN 2002 Conference which took place at El Capitan Canyon in beautiful Santa Barbara, California.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Speaks at National Black MBA Association Conference
From September 23 through September 28, 2003, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy participated in the National Black MBA Association's 25th Annual Conference & Exposition, "Changing the Course of Your Future." She led an early morning yoga workshop, and was a guest speaker for the "Healthy Living" panel. She discussed The Principles of Power Living, and provided advice on healthy and successful living. Terri was a two-time NBMBAA scholarship winner when she was at Harvard Business School.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Speaks on ESSENCE Work & Wealth Panel
On Wednesday, May 21, 2003, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy was a panelist for the ESSENCE Work & Wealth Seminar, "Be Inspired to Be Your Best." The very informative and successful workshop focused on strategies and tactics for managing money, career and life in general. Terri shared insights from her days as an executive at MTV Networks, provided an overview of The Principles of Power Living, and offered advice on maintaining balance in stressful work situations.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy Moderates NAMIC Panel on Success
On Tuesday, April 29, 2003, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy acted as the Moderator for a NAMIC (National Association of Minorities in Cable) event held at HBO in Manhattan. The panel was titled: Succeeding on Your Own Terms: How to Create Your Own Niche In or Out of Corporate America. Terri provided an overview of the Power Living principles and challenged the group of media professionals to reshape their definition of success, and use themselves as the asset in creating wealth, freedom and joy.

On Saturday, October 19, 2002, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy led "Raise Your Spirit" sessions for the sold-out 2002 HBS Women's Alumnae Conference in Manhattan. It proved to be an extraordinary day with 100 remarkable Harvard Business School alumnae and guests - some of America's leading CEOs, entrepreneurs, investment bankers, marketers, strategy consultants, venture capitalists, and more!
